Dr. Mateo Jimenez is a distinguished expert in the field of Tourism Law, possessing extensive experience in academia and research. Currently, he serves as a Professor of Tourism Law at the University of International Tourism (UIT) in Bolivia. For over two decades, he has dedicated his efforts to research and teaching in subjects related to tourist legislation and sustainable development in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Dr. Jimenez has published numerous articles and books on legal issues in tourism and has actively participated in research projects funded by international organizations. His experience includes advising governments, NGOs, and companies on legal matters related to tourism.
