Dr. Amparo Marin is an outstanding expert in the field of Tourism Law, boasting extensive experience in academia and research. Presently, she holds the position of Tourism Law Professor at the University of International Tourism (UIT) in Bolivia. For over two decades, she has devoted her efforts to research and teaching in subjects related to tourist legislation and sustainable development in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Dr. Marin has authored numerous articles and books addressing legal issues in tourism and has actively participated in research projects funded by international organizations. Her experience includes advising governments, NGOs, and businesses on legal matters associated with tourism.

As a prominent member of the academic community in Tourism Law, Dr. Marin takes pride in contributing to the Tourism Law Observatory of Latin America and the Caribbean as an Academic Expert and Associated Researcher.
