Dr. Alberto Gutiérrez is a distinguished expert in the field of Tourism Law with extensive experience in academia and research. Presently, he holds the position of Professor of Tourism Law at the University of International Tourism (UIT) in Chile. For over two decades, he has devoted his efforts to research and teaching in subjects concerning tourist legislation and sustainable development in Latin America and the Caribbean.
