Dr. Juan Pérez is a distinguished expert in the field of Tourism Law with extensive experience in academia and research. Presently, he holds the position of Professor of Tourism Law at the University of International Tourism (UIT) in Argentina. For over two decades, he has dedicated his efforts to research and teaching in subjects related to tourist legislation and sustainable development in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Dr. Pérez has authored numerous articles and books on legal issues in tourism and has actively participated in research projects funded by international organizations. His experience includes advising governments, NGOs, and companies on legal matters associated with tourism.

As a prominent member of the academic community in Tourism Law, Dr. Pérez takes pride in contributing to the Tourism Law Observatory of Latin America and the Caribbean as an Academic Expert and Associated Researcher.
